Ok, I'm more of cake person but it doesn't mean I don't enjoy a slice of pie,
anyways let's put this in a cake persons perspective,
First, for pie I know there's many different kinds of pies but there's only one way to make a certain kind of pie and you mostly get one flavor.
Now for, cake there's many different ways to make one cake, as well as you get more flavors in it without it tasting disgusting,
you can make it plain or have have ice cream in the middle or some kind fruit or you can have many layers, as pie there's only one, and there's the frosting choice (that list can go on) and you can even have your face on a cake, (now who wouldn't want their face on a cake!) or anything you want,
I can go on the list of possibilities and ways to make a cake but I'm not going to list them but I am going to leave you with one last thing, You can have the cake shaped to look like almost anything you want!
I rest may case!

as for the faced on the cake I don't want people eating my face.
i bet i could make a pie with one half being a different flavors. and pies have lots of types as well.
you have the cream pies and also the apple and other berries as well. and i could make a rock your sock of pie or a make you drool pie depending on how i make it by adjusting the amount of stuff in it.
i would like to point out the 5 to one in pies favor. i think that speaks louder than any thing else i have to say.
If you read everything, I said that pies have many flavors, what I said that you only get about maybe 2 flavors in 1 good pie excluding a mixed berry pie, but in a cake you get the cake part whatever that's called, you get a certain kind of filling, than frosting, and some kind of topping like sprinkles ect... you get more with cake
I'm leaving out whipped cream that's a stalemate (it goes both ways) Win Win
Plus cakes have multiple layers! show me a multilayer pie!

i have made a multi-layer cream pie before. it was good.
Can you do two totally different flavors, Steve? If you succeed in that you will recieve the einstein of pie award
i made a chocolate/vanilla cream pie.
i think the phrase i rest my case is funny. it makes me think of sleeping court documents. i don't think cases should take a nap.
