I know it sucks cause I only have MSPaint and I hardly know how to used it, but I tried to follow the picture Steven drew as close as possible

chris will be our speaker. cuz he's crossfire"s speaker. Umm the only tricky thing is gonna get stillspeaks to play trogdor. And convincing dave to actuall let us do this.
Convincing Dave to have a youth night might not be that hard we haven't asked yet. The hard part will probably be convincing him to make it an all nighter or better yet, having it on Friday then going through Saturday and ending when CrossFire starts, now that would be the best thing ever if we could convince Dave to do that, maybe during the Summer we could ask Dave for that.
But lets go for the all-nighter...for now
We sould have the crossfire youth all niter during cristmas brek,that way we could start at crossfire, and go for however as long as we can, (or ow long dave is wlling to put up with us)

Hmm... The question is how much money are we willing to spend on food or better yet Sarah-Dave willing to spend on food? If you want you could make a poll on what food we want, or we could each bring one snack food, like someone bring chip, someone bring drinks, ect...
tomorrow we should corner sarah-dave about this.
Sorry I wasn't at church/crossfire my mom had to work this morning and got home at 2 something and wanted to sit and relax the rest of the day. So I didn't bother asking.
